Our U12-U18 Recreational stream includes 12B, 13B, 15B, and 18A teams. Practice one day per week and one Game per week with options for extras including “ball mastery” blocks of training and various camps that we run throughout the year.
Our U12-U18 (Recreational) program is volunteer driven but will have increasing technical support from HCU staff coaches. HCU teams will be participating in the Nova Scotia Soccer League (NSSL).
U12 Division: 2012 Birth Year
U13 Division: 2011 Birth Year
U15 Division: 2009/2010 Birth Year
U18 Division: 2006/2007/2008 Birth Year
Dates/Time will be TBD and communicated to our members as soon as confirmed. Expecting around the end of April.

*If you are new to the program, you are required to purchase the HCU Gear (Game Jersey, Training Top, Shorts, Socks) at an additional fee. Please make sure to indicate your size when registering.
*TeamSnap will be kept up to date throughout the season with any adjustments, location changes or cancellations. Please refer to your TeamSnap to review your most current weekly schedules throughout the season.
