Our U12-U18 Recreational stream includes teams for 12B, 13B, and 15B. Each team practices once a week in the gym and plays one game per week. While the program is primarily volunteer-driven, it will benefit from increasing technical support provided by HCU staff coaches to enhance player development.
The focus of our Recreational program is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where players can develop their skills, enjoy the game in a more social environment. We aim to foster a love for soccer while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
All HCU Recreational teams will compete in the Nova Scotia Soccer League (NSSL), ensuring that players gain valuable match experience in a structured league setting.

*All gym sessions will require futsal shoes or indoor sneakers. Outdoor cleats are not permitted in the gym.
